I have a continuing battle with potential registrants trying to register to the forum, but it says: "invalid referrer name" and "invalid random question answer.

Any solutions to this?

"Invalid referrer name" means they fill in an invalid name in the referrer field. You can disable this setting at AdminCP > Settings > Options > User Registration Options > User Referrer.

"Invalid random question" means they answer the random question on the registration page incorrectly. I assume you have a plugin for this feature installed?

It could very well be that bots are triggering these errors and not legitimate users.
