ignore threads feature???

some of my forums have lots of traffic, and often you check back after 12 hours and every single thread is on page 2

how hard would it be to have an "ignore thread" list similar to the ignore (user) list?

if you chose to ignore a thread, it would make it not appear in the forumdisplay

Here's how:

In FORUMDISPLAY.PHP, find:

  while ($thread=$DB_site->fetch_array($threads)) { // and $counter++<$perpage) { 


ABOVE it add:

PHP Code:

    //IGNORED THREADS
     unset($ignore);
     $ignorelist = explode(' ', $bbuserinfo['ignorelist']);
     while ( list($key, $val)=each($ignorelist) ) {
        $ignore[$val] = 1;
     } 


BELOW it add:

PHP Code:

     if($ignore[$thread[postuserid]]){
         continue;  //don't show this thread
     }

I think the requester wants a separate ignore thread section, where you can click a link at the bottom for the thread to be ignored so that it doesn't show up, and not to ignore the threads posted by an ignored user.
