Hi,
i am new with vbulletin..
I installed vb 4.2.3 and imported my phpbb3 board in, all it's ok !
it's a frensh board
The forum is in maintenance since its creation (one week)

I see in "Who's Online" google looking to this url :
/forumdisplay.php/14-CarrÃÆÃâÃâ Ã¢â¬â¢ÃÆÃ¢â¬Å¡ÃâÃ Â©-Gestion-du-Site

but the url that i see in chrome is :
14-Carré-Gestion-du-Site

when i past here, the url became
forumdisplay.php/14-Carr%C3%A9-Gestion-du-Site

how to fix that please
"Friendly URLs" is set to "Advanced Friendly URLs"
how ton configure Friendly URLs for frensh url with é and è character
