How do I add a Usergroup Banner

Hello vB.org community~

I was wondering how I add a usergroup banner to a usergroup? (the 'Admin' graphic right above my avatar in the screenshot below)

I created a new usergroup and I had my GFX whip up a new graphic for said usergroup. How do I add it onto the forum to appear like the Admin one? Where in the AdminCP do I add it to the usergroup? (my GFX also made this cute bunny emoji)

In vB 4 you can use the "User Ranks" feature...that image looks more like vB 5 though. Are you actually using vB 4?

Yes, vBulletin v4.2.2. I'll be looking in the AdminCP for User Ranks.
