Import users from ips

I'm moving my board from ips to vb5. I was unable to find a built in way to do so.

and does this work for vb5?

update:
all we wanted was the users to transfer over so we exported the member list from ips and used the following

it imported all the users from the csv file. all they had to do was request a password reset. i'm sure with a bit more work other fields could be made to work as well.
