Auto force members to change passwords

Yes, you can use the "Usergroup Manager" to specify the "Password Expiry" setting for each usergroup.

Follow:

AdminCP -> Usergroups -> Usergroup Manager

Then edit each usergroup you wish to be affected, and you will find the "Password Expiry" setting in the top block on the page.
