Verify site ownership with Google??
I want to verify site ownership with Google. Where to you put the code that Google supplies to place on m website

Normally, In the sites root folder.

There are multiple ways to do the Google site verification. One of them is to add an html file to the root as Paul mentioned. Another way is to add a meta tag which you can do in AdminCP > Settings > Options > Google Site Verification (or something to that effect). I think there's another one but I don't recall off the top of my head.

I'm going put it in a root folder .
Do I just make a new folder in the root directory and put the code in that Google supplies in it ?? Thanks Terry |

No, just upload the html file from google right to the site root folder.. Do not create a new folder for it.
