im curious what people think of modern alternatives for this effect for vb3.8

i tried an install of the 1.5 version on a default 3.8.9 with php 5.6 and mariadb10

everything seems ok but the tabs arent animating and clicking from tab to tab seems a bit laggy...
really wanna get em animated is one thing...they had one version, idk which offhand, installed on 3.7 so i was hoping it can work somehow...guessing theres probly some easier way nowdays but i was a little surprised to not see any options for vb3 on google..
