How to default the forum search to sort by "Relevance"
Hey fellas I just had a quick question in here and would greatly appreciate if anyone could kindly help me with this ... basically as the title says -- i'm wondering if there is any way at all to get forum searches to sort by relevance by default ... is there any way to do this?
See screenshots below- When a user makes a search outside of the advanced search page (say the forums page for example) The search always ends up being sorted by "Date - last update" How could I possibly set this so that searches are sorted by "Relevance" by default instead? I gotta be super honest here but it is kind of a pain in the rear having to constantly tick the "Relevance" sort option each and every time I search for things on the forums and would rather have this set by default so there is no need to hit "Relevance" every time ... I'm running the latest version vB5.2.1 Any help I can get with this would be greatly appreciated ... many thanks in advance! |
