Ok we are getting ready to update our TOU on our website is there a way to force users to re-read the Terms of Use and accept like during registration without having them to re-register?

It allows you to define multiple sets of rules, and to have all users be required to re-accept the rules, and reset acceptance status when user received infraction, among other features.

You can use HTML to define rule sets, which allows you to customize the look and feel of your rule sets however you want. I highly recommend it.
