Upgrade advice
After my forum going slow of late my server suggested an upgrade or install cloudflare.
At the moment i use vBulletin 4.2.1 and i think i can upgrade to 4.2.3 My main concern is this If i upgrade to this, how much will it change my forum that i have now. Many thanks Malc |

That's a minor upgrade...your mods/styles should continue to work. Just be certain that before you do any kind of upgrade you make a full backup.

4.2.3 has a lot of bug fixes and improvements over 4.2.1.
It also works with PHP 5.3 but also and importantly, PHP5.5. You should upgrade for security reasons. The biggest change may be if you have a custom theme or templates. |
