Hi all

Is there any way or plugin to allow Super Moderator to:
Upgrade any user to Moderators group and vice versa?
Also Add this Moderator to a forum and vice versa?

Only people with access to the AdminCP can do this.
A plugin will have to be written if you want such functionality, not sure if there are any public/free plugins out there that do this.

The only way is to give your Super Moderators access to the Admin Control Panel.
