Homepage widgets - Question?

How and where do I edit my settings for the widgets on the home page? I can't find where I can make settings changes like remove or add or to edit there settings in general. I looked in the admin control panel and haven't been able to locate the settings.

It showed disabled, I re-enabled it and still unable to make any changes.

The site is KCJeepClub.org on the homepage on the left hand side there is Section Widget and Categories Widget (Show All) I am trying to either edit them or remove them. I didn't see them listed in the area you had me go to as it was showing disabled.

thank you for your help and support, I am stumped on where to work on these widgets.

Okay, I was assuming you had your sidebar set to display on the left side. I don't use CMS, but try following:

AdminCP -> vBulletin CMS -> Widgets
