Character encoding
Hi,
recently I changed the script and I moved the forum using impex. But in earlier posts do not display the correct Polish characters (yes, this is a Polish site). In the new posts display everything properly. How do I fix it? It's important for me. |

When you moved the forum, does that mean you moved the database also? And did you make sure the charset and collation on the new mysql database was the same as on the old mysql database? It sounds like you did not, and so at this point I do not know that you can do anything about it.

Can I somehow send a SQL query to improve these characters, or something? I have access only to the current database, the older I have only in the form of backup to disk.

I would ask that over in the Server Configuration forum on vbulletin.com
