Pay To Post

A mod that would create a Pay To Post would be great.

Perhaps it would be a forum where anyone wants to post a thread they have to pay a certain amount through PayPal.

I know someone did one a long time ago but I do not think it is available any longer and I do not think it works.

Thanks,
Rich
