Ckeditor - Remove font and size selection

I spent an hour last night looking throughout various docs to remove the drop font selection button and font size selection in the ckeditor tool bar. I really would like to remove these options to prevent people from changing the font and size. Just disabling the bbcode leaves the font and size code in the content - so it is not an option.

Your help would be really really appreciated!
