How can I censor only dot . in the censored option?

So when someone says s.h.i.t it should still censor the whole thing?
Kind of impossible to battle this, there are hundreds if not thousands of ways to bypass censorship filters...

Yeah this is exactly what I want to do. I only need to find out about . and () how to place it in censorship.
