I hope this makes sense.
The V for Vb in the tab at the top of your browser

so is V(image) site name

Can you change it and where do you do it?

Did searches in manual and here

I think I have seen done before but never learned how.

That is the favicon.ico, you just need to replace it with a new file

Go to the link above.... once you have followed the steps and downloaded your new favicon.ico to your computer, open your FTP program, your site folder, uploading and over-writing your existing favicon.ico. Done... It may take a day or two to show in your browser.
