Can not posting via Chrome Browser

I can not post a message or threat with Google Chrome browsers (google chrome version 46.0.2490.80 m). Other browsers (firefox, internet explorer, safari etc.) are working normally. When i click to "post reply" or click to quick reply, it has no response. I tried different computers and different chrome browsers.. but all same.

I'm using vb4.2.3 with default template. I haven't got any plugin (i also disabled hooks via config.php for solve this issue.)

In admincp (general settings), i tried disable ajax features, and also i tried to change text editor (i choose text editor from wysiwyg editor). In text editor when i wrote and send it says: The message you have entered is too short. And then my message couldn't send.

Other browsers like intenet explorer, firefox, edge, safari etc. are working normally. Problem with only google chrome.

just tested chrome Version 46.0.2490.80 m with my own forum, everything works fine.

but there was another user with a chrome issue today...

Yes same problem i've also. Also my side block links are not clickable.
