I'm trying to get the effect (seen below) onto our forum (the butterflies in the usergroup HTML markup):

Where do I find this! Someone save the day!

That is an animated GIF image, you can make those within certain paint programs.

It's just a transparent animated GIF set as a background in the usergroup markup box.
