Drop-down menu doesn't work !?

Hey guys,

An error has occurred on my forum site but I couldn't figure out why...

Doesn't open drop-down menus. When I click on the drop-down menu, It doesn't drop down. I'm freaking out. Please help me why this is happening.

Have you used your browser's inspector to see if perhaps you are experiencing javascript issues?

I returned the footer template to original version. And this problem solved. But i need that footer
Can u help me why this is happening.
