new navbar_tabs template in 4.2.3 breaking things
I recently upgraded from 4.1.9 to 4.2.3. I noticed that my vmoods plugin is no longer renders the 'My Mood' link in my navigation bar. Upon looking at the navbar templates in 4.2.3 vs 4.1.9, I discovered a new template was added in 4.2.3 (or perhaps a version in between 4.1.9 and 4.2.3) named navbar_tabs. It looks like the tabs are being programmatically added.
The problem is, I don't see where the navigation tabs are being defined. I know in AdminCP there is a Navigation Manager, but that only shows my 5 main tabs. It doesn't show all of my submenu items (which are being successfully rendered, so they have to be in the database somewhere or being rendered by a template). Where are these stored in the database? What is the right way to add vmoods to my submenu and not the main menu? Navigation Manager seems to only render tabs for the main menu, and I'm in need of fixing up the tabs below it starting with the vmoods plugin. Thanks! |

To the right side in the navigation manager for each of the main tabs, there is a dropdown "edit" menu that allows you to add a link or submenu and define them there.
