My VBulletin admincp show my server details are below
Server Type Linux Web Server Apache (cgi-fcgi) PHP 5.2.17 PHP Max Post Size 8.00 MB PHP Maximum Upload Size 2.00 MB PHP Memory Limit 128.00 MB MySQL Version 5.5.42-MariaDB-cll-lve MySQL Packet Size 256.00 MB whereas my Cpanel Information is PHP Max Post Size 30.00 MB PHP Maximum Upload Size 60.00 MB someone please let me know why my vbulletin information is differetn then my Cpanel |

Did you restart apache after making those changes? Is there another php.ini file being read by vbulletin?

Does your cpanel allow you to specify which PHP version to use? It could simply be listing the "best" you have available in cPanel but in vBulletin (if for example you had changed in WHM or cpanel to run on PHP5.2) it says PHP5.2 then make sure you didn't specify in cpanel/whm to actually run that php version etc.
