Is there a current script that allows and admin to post images into an image gallery and allow users to comment/rate images and submit their own? If not i'll add it to my list of hacks I need to make. Thanks in Advance.

*blink* :?: ummm thats a really big hack, i think you should just get another program that does that and itegrate it with VB

You might want to check out phpportals.com. I think Wajones and the vbportal team are integrating MyeGallery into vbportal. There are also MyeGallery modules for phpnuke and postnuke that are really nice.
