I'm trying to find a way to allow guests to report posts. I had this working for the longest time and it just stopped working recently and I can't figure out what happened. I found another thread that said to just comment out the check for userid here, but it doesn't mention where to find this information.

I realize that this opens up the forum to everyone being able to report posts and I'm fine with that. I just need to know how to do this. Any help would be much appreciated. I'm using vBulletin 4.2.2 patch level 4. If someone could just point me in the right direction, I have no issues editing code.
