How to change link + label of blogs in navbar

Hello, I am running vbcms 4.1.9

I would appreciate it if anyone could tell me how I can change the navbar label to blogs to simply Blog as well as change the link it points to, as I am now using wordpress located under /blog for my website.

Regards
