Copy group permissions after group setup

So I've created a ton of groups and I thought I set their permissions up, but I didn't. Is there a way to copy and paste permissions to other groups?

Admincp/Usergroups/Add New Usergroup in this section Default Forum Permissions
Create Forum Permissions Based off of Usergroup:
Title whatever you want it called (When you pick the above it will already name it so you will need to rename it)
