Edit user profile fields from forumhome

[greigeh]

Is this possible? I'm making my own customised theme and i want users to be able to edit a few select profile fields on the forum homepage (index.php / in forumhome template). I'm not 100% sure how to go about this. I know it might require php editting/template edits etc if someone could just point me in the right direction that would be great, thank you!

Look through the list of conditionals for vb3, you will find what you are looking for.

Is this a joke? Did you even read what I am trying to do? I do not want to display the user profile fields, i want the user to be able to edit them.

What will they edit if you don't display the profile field contents?
What you are after requires a plugin.

Maybe requesting assistance in the paid section will help you.
