Automatic/random posting bot

Just wondering, is there a mod to have a bot reply to random threads with a specific post. Always the same post, but random areas of the forum. Ideally with customizable frequency and such.

Using vB 3.8.

Have never seen a plugin like this before ask ozzy on this site if he can make it for you
