without a link to your site, its impossible to tell what's wrong.

Some other questions:

Does it work in other browsers?
Have you added any plugins or mods?
What happens if you turn them off?
Have you added a skin or modified the templates?
Does your site work with the default style?

It is not a VB3 engine, just a parsed copy!
