user api check and promote

Hi

im trying to find a mod that will allow people to put an api id and api key into their user profiles or separate page, then when they submit, have the forum compare one item in the api to what I set in the admin panel. and if it matches, for it to promote them to a different user group.
id also like to be able have this repeat either daily or by manually pressing a button.

ive setup a temp api that can be used

I know its doable, but I don't have the knowledge to do it.
if anyone can help. I would greatly appreciate it.
