I am having trouble with attachments going away after a time. It does not happen often enough to pin down if the problem is time related or what it is. The attachements are all in the file system and they are never the newer attachments. Below is one example of one you can see but click to download it. You get a white window. All of the attachments are pdf files and have been for a few years.

I would think if it were software related I would be having the problem with newer attachments. I appreciate any advice.
