Facebook login [Looking for guide)

Hi, i was looking for guide for facebook connect, installing throught face dev, but all the guides are up-to-date, they upgraded they're dev to see with more option and more, i'm still trying to find and could'nt do anything with it yet, i cant sucsses with the login on the vb, i made application, putted the url and much more, but still not working,
can someone explain or create a guide for me?
what to do step by step, or help me throught skype?
