I have been racking my brain trying to figure out how to change the bar under my navbar (pic below)

We had a guy set up our site and he is now gone and I'm not sure where he went to edit or even add the bar. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Also Im sorry if this is in the wrong forum it just looked like the right place to go

We are using vBulletin 4.2.2

OK Thanks Replicant that helped a lot I didn't realize the sub menu was in the Navbar Manager

If you still have an issue you need to post a link to the site with that skin enabled so a guest can see it. One of us can probably point out where to make the changes by viewing the page source.
