I have a seriously problem. will it a problem. why is my logo not aligning right.

Trying to get it align just right so it fit into my skin. oh btw, i had this skin already save in my aol mails. but i deleted the post a while ago, stupid me. So need help getting the logo to align right. i can provide the code from header if needed to be.
