Feeding the CMS with RSS
I'm building a nerd culture site up around vB and the CMS where we post up tech, science, game news etc., along with some gameplay videos, reviews of things and other stuff. I know that there are some sources I'm going to be going back to over and over because they post good content (CGP Grey comes to mind) and I thought it would be cool to just feed their YouTube or whatever RSS feed into the CMS. Unfortunately vb4 doesn't have this option like vb5 does but there's no way I can use vb5 with how broken it still is. I have the Articles Forum installed (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=237116) but it doesn't really give a whole lot of ability to put things into the Sections and Categories I've got and instead uses individual boards for that purpose.
Is there a way to take an RSS Feed and have it output to some section of the CMS system? |
