image upload problem

I am facing problem when i upload "jpg" and "jpeg" my vbulletin forum not uploaded but when i upload "Png" it's uploaded easily because of this my mod are not working properly

I can upload "png" file more then 2 M.B
but
I can't "jpg" "jpeg" file more then 100 k.b

Max Upload Size 75M
Max Input Time 60 seconds Memory Limit 256M

Did you check attachment settings and adjust size limits?

I checked in VBulletin options

EDIT UPDATE : Even i disable all Plugin via Plugin/Hook System but it' still show me this error

Mortal Kombat X (2015-) 004-007.jpg: (this file is less 1 M.B)
Exceeds forum quota by 695.7 KB.
whereas image can uploaded 5.M.b

Did you check

Admin CP -> vBulletin Options -> Message Attachment Options -> Limit Space Taken Up By Attachments (Total)

Also check your usergroup settings.

Yeah Richie is right you have set a quota amount for the forum area or for a usergroup. Place a 0 in the field and save it when you find it and that will solve that problem.

When i upload image less then 2 M.B it show me error

where i set width 3000 px height 1600 px
and file Max Height and Width is less then above side size

You can try and reset your heights & widths of images in the attachments in the AdminCP and see if that makes a difference.

Go to: Attachments > Attachment Manager and then edit each image attachment to the desired height & width and see if that works. If not then you should ask in the thread (which I see you did). You probably have to wait for an answer if what I suggested does not help.
