How to add thumbnail field in New Thread & then show it as forum & widget thumbnail

I am using vbulletin 4.2.2. I have installed Chiplove.9xpro - Thread Thumbnails 2.2.13 to show thumbnails instead of user avatars. It works fine on forums but not on widgets. But my requirement is little bit different.

I want this type of custom thumbnail field in New Thread Post.



Then I want this specific thumbnail to be appear on forums and widgets like this.





I have searched a lot, but could not find a way to do that? Can any one tell me how can I do that. I will be grateful.
