Mini Mods - Custom logout redirection (CLEAR)

This is Alpha version of modification that allows for custom redirect after user logout. If anything is not working/ not clear, write it in the comments. I'll improve it.

The feature of this plugin is this.
When the user logs out, it is directed to the url address you gave in the admin panel.
