Hi,

Google analytics Bounce Rate (Bounce Rate is the percentage of single-page visits (i.e. visits in which the person left your site from the entrance page without interacting with the page).)
Last Month my Bounce Rate 7-9% Now Is 46-48%

Then change your theme back - either your users don't like it, or it has issues. What this might be no one can tell.

Also, as far as forum structure.. I would suggest re arranging it so that your more content friendly and resourceful forums are up top. Right now you have rules, suggestions, etc. up top, which is more for existing members and maybe something you can link to in a welcome pm as oppose to showing first to all guests and members in general every time they visit. There's no need for that to be the first thing everyone sees every time they visit your website.

The ads are also a bit of a turnoff. When in a thread alone - I can count 7 ads before even scrolling through the page.

A few pros I noticed from your older skin
- Cleaner navigation (the navigation and overall header on your website and forum can use a bit of cleaning up)
- Nice displayed message to get people to register up top (the old one pops out at you a bit more than your current)
- Not sure if you had your sidebar enabled or not, but the old skin shows the sidebar and thus more content, which is never a bad thing

Did you have all these ads enabled with the old skin as well? The ads are what are really throwing me off.

Also, a great effort on that custom homepage. I like how much content you are showing there and can see its benefit with SEO and what not. However, design wise there doesn't seem to be too much planning going on there. Seems a bit scattered. Try re arranging and cleaning that up a bit as well and see if it converts better.

The main problem with nav and ads I think is that the nav is almost hidden between two giant ads. Maybe move it above the first one and below logo?
