I want to know Is there Any way to Optimize Mysql. Already Moved Attachment, Avatars But my Sql still 450mbs !!!!

Not sure what you mean. A database of 450Mb is not really big.

But I am on Shared Hosting i can't Afford Vps or Reseller In this time And mysql Reaching Up

There's no way to avoid that, the more information people are posting on your forum, the bigger the database will be.

Oh thank You. Basically i have max_user_connections Problem My host told me We can't increase User connections up to 10. Is there any Solution for that ??

The only solution would be to upgrade to a better package. Only very small forums will work well on shared hosting, if you start to get more users and more posts/threads, you will get limitations like this.

You were probably not looking for an answer like this, but unfortunately it's the only way to fix the issues.
