Make a Category Look Like a Forum?

Is there a way to make a category look like a forum on the main page?

What do you mean look like a forum? Have screenshots of how yours looks, and how you would like it to look?

I think he means it looks like a forum, but when you click on it, you must select a subforum within it to post.

The "Hosting & Domains" is a forum with sub-forums.

The "Sell, Buy & Trade" is a category with sub-forums.

I'd like to get the "Sell. Buy & Trade" category to look like the "Hosting & Domains" forum does.
