Editing Title and Meta tags
Hello
I am using (vBulletin 4.2.2) with the DragonByte Tech: SEO installed. Can you suggest where/how I can edit meta and title tags of any page of the forum, for example these pages: Main page http://avforum.no/forum/ Main category page http://avforum.no/forum/forum226/ Articles http://avforum.no/forum/content/ Member's profile http://avforum.no/forum/members/administrator/ Archive http://avforum.no/forum/archive/index.php Seems there is no any space in Admin (or I can't find it) where I can edit tags for all pages of the site. Can you give me a typical path to the files on the server so I can edit them manually? I am using SFTP (connection via SSH) and I am confused - unable to find php files. Thanks. |

First off, NEVER, EVER edit the PHP files for something of this nature. If you upgrade the forum it would just get overwritten and if you make a mistake you break your site.
Seems to me that the DB SEO may have a place for you to edit these things. If you have the Lite version installed and cannot find it then perhaps its on the PRO version of the software. Its been awhile since I looked at the settings, but try in the thread for the mod to see if there is info or someone there can help you. |
