It's a paid style, it's not supposed to be public for free.
Either pay for it or find a style which has been released for free.

People here don't rip or copy paid custom styles. If they did and tried to post them here for download, that post would be removed. This isn't a warez or hacker site.

You can pay for a vbulletin license, but can't pay a reasonable fee for a style? You can't pay 35 dollars?

Yes you need to pay for the style. The members here are not into piracy, so no one is going to get this for you free.
