Change Header Image VB5

Hello fellow VB 5 Users,

I have been trying to search for a long time without luck=/

I want to change the header color into a picture "http://i.imgur.com/TmoTw4x.png" this is the part I want to change, I want to change the darkblue color into an image.

How do I do this?
I have tried to change

But nothing happends, it's still the darkblue color and no iamge;(

Can anyone please help me.
