trouble with double URL

We have some trouble with double URL in oure email body.

below are both phrases in which this occures!

The image you posted isn't showing up - it looks like you need to be logged in on your forum to see it. In any case, is it the Unsubscribe link at the bottom that's the problem? You have "$unsubscribelink" in one phrase and something else in the other.
