VBulletin Error / Warning in header

i need your help to fixed one problem.

I have installed on my website

VBulletin Version 4.2.2 PL1
PHP Version 5.4.33
MySQL Version 5.6.17
vBadvanced CMPS v4.3.0.

My host is updated PHP 5.4.33 (15/10/2014)

after this update have recieve any post new message , new post , new thread recieve this error or warning in header on my forum

includes/class_postbit.php (345) eval()'d code on line 96

i have litle search of google and found to look this hook "postbit_display_complete" and disable any have mod/plugin installed

after search on my vbulletin forum found this hook on mods/plugins

User Legends Bar (but not installed)
VsA - Visitors in last x hours (installed)
Downloads (installed)
IbProArcade (installed)

disable the last mod/plugin (ibproarcade) have fixed error or warning and never see again in header on my forums after new post , new message , new thread.

You can disable ibProArcade: Crowns in Postbit from the Plugin Manager..

using only fixes for

php.ini (time&date zone) , and this

includes
class_core.php

clientscript\yui\uploader\assets
uploader

nothing else

but solution for this error is disable ibProArcade: Crowns in Postbit from the Plugin Manager..and active other ibproarcade.
