All the emails sent by my forum (through my SMTP server, with DKIm & SPF activated and confirmed by DNS) are landing in the SPAM folder of Gmail. What can I do to avoid this, at least for the registration confirmation emails?

I think you would need to contact Gmail support.

Are you sure your dns settings are set up according to anti spam regulations? Be sure and then submit your to google.

Be sure your smtp ip address matches your domain among other things. Make sure you meet all the standards with opt in and out links, etc.
