Right, so I've got a problem... When someone tags on my forum, it tags them just fine but when the person who got tagged reads their notification and goes to look at the thread they got quoted in, it displays this:

Can someone please help me?

That looks like the error you get when running PHP 5.4 with software that is not compatible with that version of PHP. What version of PHP is on your server and what version of vB are you running?

I'm using PHP Version 5.3.28 and vBulletin Version 3.8.7

Those are OK versions for the default software. Since the problem is with a modification (there is no tagging users in default vbulletin), then you will need to post in the modification for help in fixing those warnings.
