I have seen URL's like this:

What is vbulletin.solutions for exactly? Anonymous URL Redirect? When you go directly to the domain without redirecting a URL, it says "Private Domain". I am just really curious to know what that site is for.

Could be an anonymous URL redirect service, but you never know if it's "anonymous" without having access to the source code. Domain itself is registered by a random person according to a whois.
